Football Manager: The Best Young Teams To Manage

I don’t know about you, but for me, there is no better satisfaction than winning the trophies with a young and unknown but talented team.

At the start of the season, nobody gives you any chance to win the title because you have a too young team, with no proved quality, and no experience.

On the top of that, you are a new manager with no trophies. Of course, supporters will be deeply skeptical!

But you are determined to get the best out of them, you recognize their potential, you set up the best tactic and training and motivate the team.

After winning the first couple of matches everything else is a history…

So now you’re heated up for this challenge but don’t know which club to choose, don’t worry, here you will find the big list of a very young but still strong teams.

According to the CIES Football Observatory research study, the youngest big-5 nation league champion was Borussia Dortmund with an average age of 24,7. That was in the 11/12 season.
